Lift & Flow is a class-based platform from iActivePT. It utilises the signature movement system from iActivePT. It is designed for intermediate-to-advanced lifters from around the world who want to go beyond traditional workouts, and unlock their true athletic expression. 

 

Led by David Shannon, this method blends powerful lifting with intelligent flow-based movements to build explosive strength, seamless mobility, rotational power, and resilient movement quality that carries over into sport, daily life, and everything in between.
