iActive Personal Training

I created the iActive Movement System to redefine the way people train — a method that builds dynamic strength, enhances mobility, and ignites your metabolism. Every session blends multiple free-weight disciplines: kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, landmine training, Olympic technique, and Animal Flow.

 

This approach is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build lasting fitness — without unnecessary stress on your joints or risk of injury. iActive Personal Training is about mastering movement, enjoying the process, and investing in your long-term health.

Since 2018, I’ve been helping people in Wimbledon and Southfields move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies.

 

What began as a passion for teaching proper exercise technique has grown into a career built on community and impact — from mentoring others and sponsoring local events, to designing my own outdoor training studio.

 

I love what I do. Personal training isn’t just my profession — it’s my purpose. Every session is an opportunity to share my energy, teach new skills, and make a meaningful difference to someone’s health and wellbeing.
