I created the iActive Movement System to redefine the way people train — a method that builds dynamic strength, enhances mobility, and ignites your metabolism.
 

Every session blends multiple free-weight disciplines: kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, landmine training, Olympic technique, and Animal Flow.

 

This approach is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build lasting fitness — without unnecessary stress on your joints or risk of injury. 

 

iActive Personal Training is about mastering movement, enjoying the process, and investing in your long-term health.

Personal Trainer specialising in functional movement

I have been a Personal Trainer operating in Wimbledon and Southfields since November 2018.

 

When I started, my goal was to teach exercise techniques to people who wanted to learn. I have since developed an expansive client base, built an outdoor PT studio, mentored and sponsored local community events. 


I love my job. It’s my calling. I enjoy transferring my enthusiasm to my clients and teaching them new skills. Having a positive effect on my clients' health is at the core of what I do.
